All students who wish to participate in athletics must have a current sport physical by a medical physician. The physical and form needs to be conducted within the school year of 2022-2023.
An athletic waiver will also need to be submitted to the school office along with the sports physical form.

Grades will be checked every five weeks by Coach Luke, our Athletic Director. If a student’s grades do not reflect accordingly, the student will be placed on probation until further notice. Demerits will not be tolerated as athletes represent MCS and our Lord Jesus Christ. Only students that are currently taking MCS classes may enroll into the Bulldog Athletic Teams.
